Once the design process starts there are no refunds for any reason, because I have started to work.  If you have a design from another store mine will not be exact but, if possible, I will try to get as close as possible. Each edits delays printing and shipping. If there is a delay due to your edits the delivery day is no longer valid, and your requests will delay order.

Again, if you request to many edits your order will be delayed so try to be as detailed as possible when submitting information.

How does the process work?

1.) Send up to 1/2 pictures.

2.) We make a mockup for you.

3.) Once the mockup is approved by you, we make the item. Allowed 2 edits only if needed each edit delays printing.

4.) We ship the item to you.

Shipping is $18 and will be sent by USPS if needed sooner please advised and you will be billed accordingly.

Mockup will be sent within 2 business days of purchase.

Once mockup is received, you will have 1 business day to approve or request edits to the design. If no response is received within 1 business day order will print and ship as pictured in mockup. This is to ensure that the item ship out on time.

You will be allowed 2 edits after the mockup is received. Please Check all spelling and photo placements before approving the design

Refunds are not accepted. This is due to fan being made-to-order for you.
