Once the design process starts there are no refunds for any reason, because I have started to work.  If you have a design from another store mine will not be exact but, if possible, I will try to get as close as possible. Each edits delays printing and shipping. If there is a delay due to your edits the delivery day is no longer valid, and your requests will delay order.

Once mockup is received, you will have 1 business day to approve or request edits to the design. If no response is received within 1 business day order will print and ship as pictured in mockup. This is to ensure that the item ship out on time. You will be allowed 2 edits after the mockup is received. Please Check all spelling and photo placements before approving the design

Refunds are not accepted. This is due to this being made-to-order for you. Absolutely no refunds for any reason! Once printed no reprints allowed without an additional fee. No returns or exchanges! All sales are final.  

This will ship USPS priority mail the cost is $11 .
